Treasures on Earth and in Heaven
“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. – Matthew 6:19-21
Praise for our Treasures of 2023
We praise you, Lord, and give You the Glory for all You have accomplished through True Impact Ministries.
We are blessed, Jesus, for Your providing us the ability to purchase a bus for Salem Missions, for use with the home in Naama and the school in Nakyenyi.
We are grateful, Lord, that Maggie joined us from Uganda for our Celebration event in April.
We are appreciative, Father, for raising money to buy a new (new to her) car for Maggie.
We are thankful, Almighty God, for Your provision in allowing the True Impact board and employees (and a few spouses) to travel to Uganda together to meet and fellowship with our Uganda employees and partners.
We are joyous, Lord Jesus, for a successful school year with around a dozen students graduating from our program and starting to support themselves in their work.
We are thankful, Father God, for the donors who helped support the Christmas parties and gifts for the children and employees in Uganda.

Seeking new Treasures for 2024
Lord, we come to You, seeking wisdom, guidance, provision and Your blessing on our upcoming year.
We raised money in 2023 to finish building the security wall around the dormitories and kitchen at Salem Christian School in Nakyenyi. Almighty God, we pray for the successful completion of this project in 2024.
Lord, we ask for Your provision in helping us build a new latrine at the Maranatha school in Mizigo.
Jesus, our Teacher, please provide the way to purchase the new, Biblically-based curriculum books and the training for the teachers to use these books.
Father, give us a successful Fun Run in August, providing more educational support for children in need.
Jesus, our Shepherd, we ask for Your wisdom in providing mentorship to the children, not only at our special mentorship events, but all year long.
Abba Father, we ask for Your guidance in determining the next building project for True Impact and our partners.
