Following God’s Teaching and Wisdom
This week the children returned to school for the final term of the year. Please pray for them and for their teachers, that they may be well instructed and accept their teachings. Some of the older students have had a few incidents where they needed to be disciplined at their schools. Please pray for all the children to follow God’s will and way for each of them. Pray for the leaders and teachers in the children’s lives that they will provide Godly instruction and the principles of Christ Jesus.
Pray for all the Children, sponsored and unsponsored in Uganda as they begin the last term of the school year.
“I am teaching you today —yes, you— so you will trust in the Lord.” – Proverbs 22:19
“Remember what you are taught, and listen carefully to words of knowledge.” – Proverbs 23:12
Pray for Teenagers and Young Adults in our care in Uganda, may they turn from making poor decisions and choices to seeing God’s unconditional love for each one of them. Pray that each child will know in their mind, heart and soul that they are a child of God.
“Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.” – Proverbs 22:6
If you want a kind 16-year-old, teach a 6-year-old kindness and give him 10 years to practice. – Jon Acuff
Pray for the Adults, especially through our mentorship program, who are leading by example in teaching and sharing God’s words of how to be more like Jesus. Pray for all the Young People who are seeking a relationship with our Father God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.
