True Impact Ministries Privacy Policy
True Impact Ministries (TIM) does not share our supporter information outside of our organization. Your name and contact information is held strictly confidential and is used for internal TIM purposes only. TIM will not trade, share, or sell supporter’s personal information with anyone else or send supporter mailings on behalf of other organizations.
Those who have access to our supporter information include:
* TIM staff
* TIM Board of Directors
What Private supporter information does TIM collect?
Our records consist of your name, contact information (address, email, phone number), and donation history. In addition, we may keep track of our interactions with supporters and keep notes of any important information that would be beneficial to our supporter relationships, such as prayer requests, connections to TIM and volunteer preferences. We also keep track of and honor contact preferences.
How does TIM collect supporter information?
We only collect information that is sent to us along with a donation or provided by the donor themselves, either directly to us or through our signup form on our website.
Electronic Payment Information
Electronic payments are processed through our online giving processor, Giving Fuel. While Giving Fuel provides us with some payment information, we do not have access to complete credit or debit card numbers.
Sponsorship Donors
To protect sponsors’ privacy, sponsor contact information, such as addresses, is removed from letters and other communications with sponsored children.
Security
TIM’s electronic records are password protected. TIM staff is not allowed to share login information with anyone outside the organization.
