You have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a Spirit of adoption as children by which we cry out, “Abba, Father!”
The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, heirs also, heirs of God and fellow-heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him in order that we may also be glorified with Him. For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us.

Pray with thanksgiving
Praise God for the lives of 235 young people currently impacted by the sponsorship program of True Impact. Thank God for the building funds, tools and supplies to make shelters, school rooms, foundations and secure places for living, study and worship. Praise Him for new maize fields and gardens and healthy crops to help feed kids and communities. Give thanks for hope restored!
Ask and believe for answers
Pray for perseverance for students who are preparing for exams this year. May the Spirit of adoption remove fears and anxieties that have caused some to lose hope. Lord, may each little one experience your love and kindness and know they are precious in your sight.
Lord, guide each child to the understanding and true belief that they are adopted as a son or daughter in God’s family, - a child of the King, - known and loved by Abba, Father.
Pray for the TIM leadership in the US and in Uganda. May they receive God’s counsel and wisdom to make decisions and direct in ways that bring goodness and peace to the children.
Pray for stability in the schools and homes that have been uprooted or challenged for the past few years. Pray for funds for tuition, equipment, technology and supplies.
As food and fuel costs increase dramatically pray for God to answer specific needs through fund raising efforts, monthly sponsorship, and gifts. Ask God for new sponsors for all the children who are waiting to be connected to a family.
For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.
