Let us to take time to pray for peace on the children in our program and for our coworkers in Christ supporting them. Chaos reigns in our world, and it impacts them as much as it does us.
Let’s pray for Peace to Reign!
I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world. - John 16:33
Lord Jesus, as we navigate in this world of chaos, we know you are greater than anything here. We know we can find peace in this world only through You. We ask you to overcome the chaos inside us and fill it with Your Peace.
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. - John 14:27
We see fear all around us, and it encroaches on us and makes its way into our lives. Jesus, we ask you to give us your peace as only you can. Your Peace is an unshakable peace that brings us great comfort.
We have several students who are starting vocational school for the first time. Please pray they adapt to the new schedule, new school and new subjects to study. Lord, give them peace in their new surroundings.
Our Ugandan employees are working hard to make sure all the children are taken care of, now in more schools than ever before. Pray that they can manage caring for each child, providing for their needs, through all the chaos.
The True Impact leadership team continues to make plans for the future. We are looking for the right projects to take on this year while continuing to support the children in our care, all the while looking for new leadership to take True Impact to the next level.
