For the Lord your God is the God of gods and the Lord of lords, the great, the mighty, and the awesome God who does not show partiality nor take a bribe. He executes justice for the fatherless and the widow and shows His love for the sojourner by giving him food and clothing. So show your love. Deuteronomy 10: 17-19
Today (and each day) allow God’s word to remind you of who God is, his strength, power, and heart of love. What does God require of us? “Fear the Lord your God to walk in all his ways, to love him; to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and to keep the commandments of the Lord.” Demonstrate love. Do Justice, Love Mercy, Walk Humbly with your God.
Take time to be still - and mindful that God is the God of gods and Lord of lords.
Unite in giving thanks
For each child, widow and sojourner that receives provision, love, and hope for their future through True Impact partnerships
For ongoing monthly distribution of food, clothing, and soap
For medical care, safety, encouragement and expanding opportunities for education to meet individual needs.
For doors that have opened so churches may once again worship together.
For the opening of classes and testing for the Primary 7 and Secondary 4,6 levels.
For hardworking, humble workers who love and serve daily and seek justice for each child.
Ask God
For health and safety as the Corona virus continues to spread
For Peace and wisdom as Ugandan elections will take place in January
For comfort for donors and students who have suffered personal losses
For a renewed sense of forward movement – sponsorship for new students, graduations in December, safe reopening of homes and schools.
For strength and patience for each child, worker, board member, pastor, and donor. Pray for your child if you are a sponsor.
